Living with Lyme since 2019

Chronic ilness can make you feel invisible – especially when symptoms are complex and not always understood by doctors or those around you.

What began as a search for answers in the middle of overwhelming symptoms slowly turned into years of deep research, trial and error, and learning from both conventional and integrative approaches. I share the information I’ve gathered throughout my own journey – not as medical advice, but as lived experience combined with extensive personal research.

Over time, I realized how isolating it can feel to navigate complex conditions without clear guidance. That’s why this platform exists: to organize, translate, and share the insights, resources, protocols, and perspectives I’ve encountered along the way. My goal is to make complicated information more accessible and to offer a starting point for those who feel lost in their search for answers.

While everyone’s path is unique, I hope that parts of my story might inspire others to explore new options, listen to their bodies, and never give up looking for what helps them heal.

Every healing path is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. But if my research, reflections, and experiences can help you ask better questions, explore new options, or feel less alone — then sharing it is worth it.
